1. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
File Morph Pro (the "Software") is licensed, not sold. This Software is the proprietary 
property of GHOST-PARTISAN. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, 
trade secrets, and trademarks, are retained by the developer.

2. PERMITTED USE
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the 
Software on a single computer for personal or commercial productivity purposes.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
   a. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
   b. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
   b. Distribute, rent, lease, or sell the Software to third parties without 
      explicit written consent.
   c. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

4. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GHOST-PARTISAN 
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO 
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO 
THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL GHOST-PARTISAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER 
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, 
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY 
TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will 
terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) 
of this license.
