FILE MORPH PRO - PRIVACY POLICY

1. ZERO DATA COLLECTION
File Morph Pro is designed as a standalone, offline utility. We do not collect, store, 
or transmit any of the files you process (Images, Documents, or Data) to our servers or any third parties.
All file "morphing" and OCR processing occurs strictly on your local hardware.  


2. INTERNET USAGE
The Software only requires an internet connection for the initial one-time license activation. 
After activation, the software can function entirely offline. No telemetry, usage statistics, or "phone home" tracking is implemented.  

3. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments and license delivery are handled by PayHip. When you purchase the Software, 
PayHip collects your email address and payment information to facilitate the transaction and deliver your license key. 
Please refer to PayHip’s Privacy Policy for how they manage that data. GHOST-PARTISAN does not see or store your credit card or banking details.  

4. HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION
To prevent unauthorized distribution, the Software generates a unique Machine ID based on your hardware. 
This ID is used solely for license verification and cannot be used to identify you personally or track your activities.  

5. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the Software and the provision of a standalone executable, all sales are final. 
Refunds are only considered if the Software is proven to be incompatible with the user's hardware and support cannot resolve the issue.
